Traditionally, equipment updates have been carried out based on recommendations from manufacturers' residual life assessments. However, with our high-precision residual life diagnostics, it is now possible to extend the timing of equipment updates and regular inspections. In the residual life assessment, we use a pre-established master curve to determine the life consumption rate from the values of damage parameters and evaluate the remaining life.
